Privacy and photo storage

Information used for the service

We process your two photos, email address, order and payment status, generated videos, private-access credentials and technical records needed to operate and protect the service. Stripe handles payment details; do not email us card information. We do not automatically publish your photos or videos.

Providers

KIE processes the photos and reference video to generate your duet. FAL processes the generated video and reference audio to combine the soundtrack. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and email delivery infrastructure. Providers process data under their own terms and retention rules; deletion from our storage does not guarantee immediate deletion from theirs.

Retention and private access

Uploaded photos remain in our storage for up to 7 days. Browser photo drafts expire after 24 hours. Finished videos remain for 30 days after completion, and email access links are valid for 30 days after issue. Unused paid credits do not expire; order and financial records may remain as needed for service, disputes and applicable obligations.

Anyone with your private order link may access the order. Keep it private and download a local copy before the video expires. We cannot look up orders by email alone through a public page.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage supports drafts, orders and private access. Plausible measures visits to public pages. Google Analytics measures page visits and the purchase-to-generation flow; analytics storage is enabled by default. We do not intentionally send uploaded photos, email addresses, private tokens or private order URLs to analytics. Advertising consent is separate from analytics storage.

Your requests

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact support@a2oliteneondance.com from your checkout email. We may need to verify your order ownership and retain records required to resolve payments or legal obligations.
